1-Implementation and Support skills for GSM Roaming & VAS solutions in MENA region.2-Prepaid CAMEL/ Postpaid Roaming implementation3-Install and activate Roaming, VAS, at worldwide customer locations including onsite implementation of the ATP after each installation. Follow-up on the implemented site until all pending issues are closed. VAS and Roaming solutions are Network traffic Steering ,Seamless Call Back , Short Code and smart call assistant, Voice mail Call Completion , and welcome SMS.4-Troubleshoot and solve incidents and problems, provide second level escalation of incidents and problems. 5-Perform Customer product training. 6-Implement major updates and fixes via VPN or through operator’s sites visits. 7-TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, HP Switches 8-very good experience with Operating Systems as Linux, Solaris9-Hardware technical implementation and support10-Very Good Experience with SS7 Protocols11-DB and OS troubleshooting Skills.
