Currently employed at Alten-India as a consultant for the Stellantis Group, I specialize in a project focused on the technical behaviour of materials crucial for automotive crash analysis. My role involves providing material support to CAE engineers and creating material cards for crash simulation. Previously, I earned a Ph.D. on the topic “Heat Transfer during Quench Hardening Heat Treatment of Steels.” I have substantial research experience in the fields of heat transfer, finite element analysis, and simulation of quench hardening heat treatment of steels.I am skilled in using ANSA (pre-processing for Radioss and LS-Dyna solvers) and proficient in Python, MATLAB, and Excel-VBA programming. I have developed Python-based ANSA tools and Excel-VBA programs to automate tasks related to the project at Alten-India. During my doctoral studies, I developed MATLAB programs for solving the inverse heat conduction problem coupled with the metallurgical phase transformation model. I am result-oriented with a systematic approach and keen attention to detail. Through my industrial and academic experiences, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong project management and team collaboration abilities.
