As an environmental engineer for 6 years at the General Directorate of Aleppo Wastewater Treatment and Sewerage, I participated in the execution and supervision of wastewater network projects and wastewater treatment plants in the city of Aleppo and its countryside. I advanced from an executive engineer to a regional manager leading a team of 130 administrative staff and field workers. This position provided me with substantial engineering and managerial experience, including financial and logistical management as well as project management.As the Head of R&D and Content Production at Business Insight, I was responsible for conducting research and studies supporting the company's operations, as well as specialized studies requested by clients (market analysis, competitor analysis, benchmarking studies, and theoretical and applied research for various industrial and commercial sectors) in Arabic, English, and Turkish. Additionally, I prepared business proposals, business plans, and operational follow-up plans for clients. I was also responsible for designing, writing, and managing social media content such as blogs, articles, and infographics.As a lecturer at the University of Aleppo, I gained valuable experience in academic teaching. For two years, I contributed to designing a new structure for General Chemistry and Bioenvironmental Pollution courses for environmental engineering students. I designed and implemented learning objectives, lesson plans, and activities to achieve those objectives, providing students with a high-quality educational experience, which consistently received positive feedback from the university's Independent Faculty Evaluations.When it comes to scientific research, my passion for it is unrelenting, driving me to plan a series of studies and experiments focused on innovative and hybrid methods for removing pollutants from water and soil, contributing to recycling efforts and promoting sustainable development while conserving resources. This passion was reflected in my achievement of a PhD in 2021 from Cumhuriyet University in Turkey and further enriched my research career through active participation in various research activities, culminating in the publication of numerous articles and studies in peer-reviewed SCI journals and presentations at international conferences. This experience not only refined my technical skills but also enhanced my ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
