Key Responsibilities:Project Management•Manage projects related to KSA Northern region to align deliverables with the company’s strategic objectives and prepare for Business Case presentation.•Define project objectives, scope, products, constrains and risks.•Create WBS, determine dependencies, schedule activities and develop required resources and budget.•Coordinate with stakeholders from different departments during projects to ensure successful completion of tasks. •Analyze and communicate project status/milestones to appropriate stakeholders.•Prepare project completion report, summarizing results and lessons learned for future projects.Operations Management•Lead a large team of 36 members (service/move/workshop supervisors) for procurement, move and service tasks.•Develop and execute the annual business plan; monitor and ensure that the department meets the annual operating plan and budget through effective labor and inventory planning and execution.•Improve results of performance measures including safety measures, financial measures and equipment productivity. Customer Service•Interact with sales management and customers to ensure services are completed accurately and timely.•Improve the results of customer satisfaction measures including beverage quality, equipment availability, response time, etc. •Provide training to customers to increase equipment productivity and reduce downtimes.Technical Support•Perform root cause analysis to determine the most critical and repetitive equipment failures and ensure corrective actions.•Review manuals and contact overseas manufacturers, when needed, for technical support.•Prepare and submit technical reports and summaries to upper management.Team/People Management•Provide ongoing technical and organizational coaching & support to build the capability of subordinates. •Responsible for safety leadership and compliance including facilitating training presentations and audit preparation.
