• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, employee management, and financial performance• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively• Ensure that food quality, presentation, and service meet the restaurant's standards• Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure that the restaurant has sufficient supplies and that food waste is minimized• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profits, and take corrective action as needed to ensure that financial goals are met or exceeded• Manage customer relations and address any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty• Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations and that all required licenses and permits are up-to-date• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations affecting the restaurant industry
