    Policy and Planning1. Formulate the work planning of the Admin and HR department in consultation with the Finance Department.2. Daily attendance of staff on Biometric System or on an attendance register and report to the head.2. Maintain HR-related filing systems, including leave records, joining reports, contract monitoring, medical records, and insurance-related files.3. Manage the recruitment cycle, including:a. Advertisement in newspapers and online.b. Short-listing candidates and managing tests and interviews.c. Issuance of appointment letters and managing probation.d. Manage staff contracts and probation processes.4. Organize staff trainings and capacity building.5. Conduct documented quarterly job performance reviews of admin and logistics staff, providing appropriate feedback.Transport, Travel, and Logistics Management1. Develop a protocol for traveling for ETI-GB staff and orient staff on travel planning.2. Develop various formats for requisitions of vehicles, air travel, and logistics arrangements.3. Identify various hotels and guest houses and maintain staff guest houses in RCUs.4. Supervise administration, transport, and logistics staff.5. Manage vehicle fleet, maintaining proper logbooks, calculation of monthly fuel consumption (MPG), and vehicle maintenance records.6. Implement and direct ETI-GB standard Vehicle policies and procedures, with particular attention to safety and security issues.
