- Develop & amend Aircraft Maintenance Program (A330-200 & 737-800) to meet the regulatory requirements and liaise with accountable parties to resolve issues related to AMP.- Define work scope and compile work packages (Progressive maintenance, Structure repair inspections, Check C, 6/12yr Check & Engine Removal/Installation package) for maintenance work on aircraft.- Review completed work packages, update LDND and prepare forecasts for the next due maintenance tasks.- Review ADs and SBs applicable to fleet.- Provide technical support to line maintenance and PPC.- Review documentation related to aircraft & engine during induction and lease return.- Monitor the overall technical performance of aircraft and reliability of its systems, components, structures & engines, and recognize the need for corrective actions.- Develop operator documents (i.e. MCM, Reliability Manual).- Coordination with manufactures, service providers and other suppliers on technical issues related to manage fleet Maintenance Programs.

- Feasibility analysis for the development of Avionics and Galley Equipment workshops for Shaheen Air International fleet (B737-400, A320 FAM, A330).- Development of workshops and its procedures according to PCAA ANO 145 (Avionics, ELT & Galley Equipment Shop).- Develop and implement the maintenance plan ensuring that required facilities, tooling/equipment, material, and associated means are available for all tasks.- Ensure entire work in accordance to the manufacturers recommendations and safety standards of regulatory authorities and with approval of PCAA- Rectification of Quality and PCAA audit NCRs- Maintenance experience on ELTs, Aircraft batteries, EPSU batteries, Ballast Units, Headsets, Handsets, - -- Galley Equipment and other LRUs installed on SAI fleet (B737-400, A320 FAM and A330).
