ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (SHARED SERVICES)-Ensuring that the payment of invoices is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms. -Monitoring of Suppliers’ payment according to agreed payment terms.-Ensuring smooth working capital management by maintaining excellent working relationship with client, bank andVendors (Purchase to pay process);-Ensuring that proper spending controls are in place and that the team is aware of the actual spend versus latest budget commitments;-Issuing standard / customized ageing reports to the cost controllers and the management ;-Process weekly payment runs ensure the accuracy of payments as per the policy and procedure;-Process Employee claims for payment and make sure claims match with company and local law;Treasury & PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION-Process all MOI, Visa, Insurance, Tax, Utilities vendor manual payments, Manual Salary payments in our bank portal; -Process WPS file on monthly basis; -Weekly Cash forecast to arrange the funds from cooperate;-Assists in implementing accounting procedures for the purpose internal financial controls and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices and all applicable regulatory requirements;-Compiles statistical and payroll data from a variety of sources (time sheets/payroll, salary adjustments)-Coordinates the data-processing system for payroll for the purpose of ensuring the system is operating efficiently, efficiently and accurately;TAX & BUDGET MANAGEMENT-Assists annual tax return to the tax department(Vendor Section) Local & foreign Purchases;-Assists to preparing IKTVA to the department(Vendor Section) and add some ideas to increase the %;-Performed budget management tasks such as monitoring company performance against estimates and preparing monthly budgets reports;- Investigate unusual variances, if any, and needs corrective actions to the Operational team;

BUDGETING AND COST CONTROLLING-Planning and preparing budgeted Profit & Loss and Cash flow statements on annual basis;-Monitoring the budget throughout the year on monthly basis and presenting analysis to local and regional (Malaysia) Operational and Finance team;-Investigate unusual variances, if any, and recommend corrective actions to the Operational team; andCOMMERCIAL & SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE-In co-ordination with the clients’ management, plan and prepare annual budgets required for rendering the facility management services to the client;-Coordinating with Supply Chain and Operations department to plan major overhauling activities and projects to be carried out during the following year;-Assisting Supply Chain in negotiating with the vendors and performing accreditation of prospective vendors;-Ensuring that proper spending controls are in place and that the team is aware of the actual spend versus latest budget commitments;-Issuing standard / customized commercial reports to client and the regional management;-Ensuring compliance with all financial KPIs agreed with the customers;-Ensuring smooth working capital management by maintaining excellent working relationship with client, bank andVendors (Purchase to pay process); and-Interaction with all management levels of client organizations while ensuring that professional image of company is maintained.TAXATION-Ensuring compliance with Income Tax laws as applicable in Pakistan including the provisions of Withholding and Advance tax;-Ensuring that all Income tax returns and statements are prepared accurately and timely;-Ensuring compliance with Sales Tax laws with regards to levy of General Sales Tax (GST);-Coordinating with the tax consultants for preparation of replies to Federal Board of Revenue related to Sales Tax and Income Tax; and-Managing payroll taxation.
