Implementation of new analytical procedures as per IS, ASTM & BIS methods. Experience of Vessel cleaning, Catalyst reduction, Corrosion product (Scales & Lumps) analysis during pre-commissioning, commissioning, normal operation & Shut downs. Physical, Chemical & Instrumental analysis of Final products, Raw materials, Fuels, Lubricants, Metal & Metal Alloys, OIL, Gases, Water, Soil, Microbiological analysis etc as per IS & ASTM methods. Monitoring of Ambient Air, Stacks, Noise level, Effluents & Meteorological data collection. Conducting work place monitoring for various pollutants, noise exposure and physical conditions.  Familiar with documentation of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality system [HSEQ].  Command on Computer Operation of latest versions in Microsoft and regular user of SAP, PPIS & CMMS.  A skilled communicator with honed relationship management, people management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
