Born in Sep 1960, Mr. Mohammad Saeed Asad Mukhtar, CEO Banu Mukhtar Contracting (Pvt.) Ltd and Chairman Banu Mukhtar Group of Companies, possesses a very rich and versatile experience (spread over around 30 years) at Top level Management of the Construction Contracting Company and Precast Concrete Products business of the associated companies of Banu Mukhtar. Mr. Asad Mukhtar graduated in Civil Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Taxila Pakistan. At a very young age of 21, he joined the family business of construction contracting and manufacturing of Precast Concrete Products and just after two years at an age of 23 took charge of the entire business from his father who opted for an advisory role for himself at group level thereafter. Since then Mr. Asad Mukhtar has been a moving spirit behind the whole organization and under his leadership Banu Mukhtar has transformed and became a well established & renowned name in construction industry at national level with Regional offices and Precast Concrete Plants spread in the length & breadth of the country. Mr. Asad Mukhtar has traveled extensively all over the world to gather international vision. He has attended various trade exhibitions and visited scores of Plants / Projects related to construction industry in Europe, Middle East & Far East. Mr. Asad Mukhtar heading Banu Mukhtar at group level is also the major share holder of Banu Mukhtar Contracting (Pvt) Ltd and all other associated companies of the Group including Banu Mukhtar Products (Pvt) Ltd, Banu Mukhtar Concrete (Pvt) Ltd and Banu Mukhtar Interiors (Pvt.) Ltd. He is also the initiator and share holder of a recent incorporation, Banu Mukhtar Steel (Pvt) Ltd. which has outperformed during the first year of its PEB business in the industry. Mr. Asad Mukhtar has been the Member Executive Committee of CAP, "Contractors Association of Pakistan" for two tenures i.e. 2006 to 2008 & 2011 to present.
