After graduating from University in 2013 with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and getting my real estate license, I dove straight in to residential sales. I am a licensed REALTOR® and certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert. I absolutely love helping my clients buy and sell homes. I work hard to come up with the perfect strategy in every situation to maximize value for my clients.We worked extremely hard coming up with a strategy to purchase those first two houses. And in 2018 we were able to purchase another duplex putting us at 4 total residences here in muzaffarpur. We have started to incorporate out of state investments and now have 10 total units. This year, we purchased out first flip property using a construction loan. We have been blessed to be able to accomplish our real estate dreams and we plan to continue to acquire property in the future.Now my passion and focus is helping others strategize on real estate property.
