• Assists all clients’ inquiries such as details about the properties. • Renting out Apartment for lease, Receiving PDC, Typing Tenancy contract & assure that all documents are received as per Municipality requirement.• Prepare letter correspondence for follow up renewal and for bounce cheques.• Preparing Ejari for each apartment.• Prepare RERA forms A,B and F and insuring correct information in all forms and contracts skills.• Make Management Contract & Tenancy Contract.• Apply Dewa for new tenant.• Apply final Dewa on behalf of tenant.• Answer telephone calls and replying email to landlords and tenants as well.• Sending email to tenant and landlord 10 days before the rental cheque.• Deposit cheques in Bank.• Make Rent breakdown for landlord and tenant.• Reporting Month wise for each property to relevant department.• Placing ads on CRM for apartment.• Responsible for administrative support and landlord/tenant relations, as well as accounts payable functions.• Attending tenant call for maintenance complaints and sending relevant team for maintenance.• Sending Letter to Tenant for renewal or vacating the property before Three months.masadraza2 @ gmail.com055-9703964
