- Managing H2O Home Warehousing Facilities spread over area of approx. 10,000 Sq ft with 500+ SKUs inventory.- Delivery of company KPI’s including CFR and OTIF- Managing inter-warehouse stock movements between H2O Home facilities based on demand planning requirement- Managing a headcount of 50 people which is responsible for 1- shift warehouse and logistics operations- Managing overall logistics operations for dedicated and non-dedicated fleet- Ensuring accurate and timely picking and put-away of stock to reflect the real time physical transactions in SAP.-Controlling and reporting warehouse losses on monthly basis, successfully managed to achieve 99.99% inventory accuracy.-Using SAP based inventory management system.
