➢ Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of mechanical systems.➢ Understanding the project specifications and client requirements.➢ Preparing design calculations and selecting equipment.➢ Preparing design documents for obtaining uptime TCDD certification.➢ Managing team of Engineers, CAD draftsman, document controller, technicians, subcontractors, specialists and suppliers.➢ Providing input to CAD draftsman for the preparation of engineering drawings and reviewingprior to submitting to consultant.➢ Guiding the team for assessing the design changes and preparing engineering analysis toobtain relevant parties approvals.➢ Dealing with authorities (municipality, civil defense, and electricity and water authorities) fordesign approval.➢ Preparing technical Submittals, method statements and commissioning scripts for consultantapprovals.➢ Preparation of ITP (Inspection test Plans), Preparation of PQR (Procedure QualificationRecords).➢ Coordinating between the discipline to prepare mock-up installation before mass installationto avoid material, manpower and money wastage and obtaining approval from consultant.➢ Organizing the site staff and work force as per program and managing the entire site activitiesto make sure efficient utilization of resources.➢ Procurement- techno-commercial evaluation.➢ MEP Coordination, review, assessment of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models.➢ Quality control and assurance.➢ Subcontractor management Pre-qualification, manpower histogram, scope defining progressand payment control.➢ Review the FAT & SAT procedure of Equipment’s.➢ Attending the factory inspection with client and consultant for Equipment’s.➢ LEED compliance and coordination.➢ Data Center specialist, review and design upgrade to meet Uptime Tiers requirements.➢ Develop training materials, and conduct training sessions regarding the safety.➢ Final handing over documents (O&M manuals, warranty certificates and spare parts etc.)

Air Conditioning Cooling Load calculations, Heat Loss calculations following ASHRAE codes.Duct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the duct work.Ensure smooth commissioning of the erected HVAC projects.Ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.Installation and Maintenance of absorption and compression chillers.Ensure tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste.
