Currently working as a Global Team Lead - Contracts Dept. in INTECH, and responsible for the overall Contracts Management of all incoming and outgoing contract agreements mainly from USA, UAE, KSA, Iraq, Oman, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Angola, Pakistan, including the monitoring of contract performance(s) and compliance, recommending improvements and innovations to oversight of contracts management process, and ensuring contracts accuracy to minimize all possible risks, major includes:- Drafting, Reviewing entire Bidding / Tendering documents and participating in whole bidding practices. - Ensure that all highlighted contractual risks negotiated with Clients/Subcontractors, and escalated to all Project Stakeholders along with mitigation plans at Pre-Award Stage to ensure adequate protection of the company.- Maintain Contract Risk Registers which identify sensitive clauses/areas highlighted during bidding stage for its mitigation plan or contingencies respectively. Also, close correspondence with the Clients to ensure timely clarifications of contractual queries.- Responsible for maintaining Risk Registers for ongoing projects, also deliver monthly risk reports to the stakeholders including its mitigation / contingency plan.- Ensure timely drafting and submission of letters & claims; EOT Claim, Change/Variation Orders, Price Adjustments, Suspension/Idling, Prolongation, and other Cost Claims- Maintain Customer and Vendor Risk Profile Dashboards.- Ensure all PO’s and Subcontract Agreements being issued to INTECH’s vendors are within the assigned budgets & timelines, and strictly in line with our main customer contract requirements- Ensuring compliance with Company's procedures and Department's Processes, SOPs and KPIs.- Carry out awareness Sessions or Workshops for better understanding of contractual terms, and to develop strategy to negotiate with the Customer/Vendors.- Responsible for drafting & maintaining INTECH’s standard contract templates

Working with Executive and Senior Management to contractually safeguard Company’s exposure. Also keep identifying contractual risks or abnormalities affecting the Company and Project, and mitigation of such by safeguarding and upholding Company’s rights in Contractual Documents.Reviewing and Negotiating with Client for mutual agreement on terms & conditions of Contractual Documents (ITB, LOA/LOI, DOR and Conditions of Contract etc.)Timely formulation and submission of Claims; Extension of Time (EOT) Claim, Non BOQs and Cost Claim with complete coordination of project sites in order to reduce the risk impacts and ensure effective and smooth execution through successful project delivery.Maintain and update Risk Registers of all ongoing projects, also deliver monthly reports to the corporate department regarding risk register including its mitigation and current status of the ongoing projects.Conducting Contractual Audits of various Projects and formulation of reports highlighting the deficiencies therein. Also ensuring adherence of project activities to the Plan.Inter-departmental liaison for apt discharge of Bank Guarantees (Performance Guarantee, Mobilization Advance Guarantee, Addendums etc.) and also Follows up on the submission of all required Bank Guarantees, Warranties, Insurances, L/Cs and other specified documentation and verifies their acceptability to Client. Co-ordination with Planning Department for monitoring and ensuring contract compliance for ongoing projects.Formulation of Contractual Letters including the drafting of all contractual correspondences and management including Variation Orders and Acceleration Works (Directed/Instructive and Constructive Accelerations) if necessary. Store all contracts and documents in a computerized system to keep track of performances, delivery schedules, direct and indirect manpower, and equipment to ensure proper follow-up.

On the basis of a Power User (Material Management module - SAP), also assisting to resolve technical issues in MM module containing Purchase Requisition, Request for Quotations, Comparative Statements, Purchase/Work Order, Change Order, Invoice Management, Vendors Management etc.Documents/Forms – Reviewing and Modifying all documents and Forms for continuous improvement in our Procurement & Subcontract Services under the consideration of QHSE, PPRA and PEC rules.
