Current• Identify all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step.• Plan, estimate and schedule maintenance works in line with PM/CM and outage timelines.• Estimating required resources on work order tasks, total hours and skills required to perform that task.• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Managing Computerized Maintenance Management system (MP2) for generating Work Order and… Show more • Identify all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step.• Plan, estimate and schedule maintenance works in line with PM/CM and outage timelines.• Estimating required resources on work order tasks, total hours and skills required to perform that task.• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Managing Computerized Maintenance Management system (MP2) for generating Work Order and assigning tasks to relevant team and issuing ticket for spare pickup as per inventory levels.• Material/ spare parts handling s per job requirement and return unused to warehouse• Controlling of warehouse independently (quotation, prepare purchase requisitions and follow up).• Schedule coordination meetings and present the weekly schedule of workable maintenance jobs from the backlog. • Forecasting, scheduling future jobs and aligning maintenance team resource according to plan• Prepare daily schedules from the approved weekly schedule. • Coordinate the daily schedules with maintenance foremen, supervisors and operations Foremen and ensure that a complete planning package is attached to the work order. • Request crane/trailer/fork lift and ensure contract readiness or other resources required on the daily scheduled jobs.• List, edit and check all issued maintenance tickets and plans/schedules work.• Plan major jobs with the assistance of senior planner and develop critical path charts if required.• Update maintenance order statuses.• Generate plant maintenance reports. • Provide maintenance performance monitoring data for your assigned area.
