- Preparation of employees monthly payroll - Process Health life insurance claim of employees- Analysis of company employees’ life and health insurance policies in comparison with previous years- Accumulation and maintaining performance data pertaining to group companies- Analysis of group outstanding long term and short term debt- Managing company’s monthly short term & long term portfolio- Verification of company’s yearly expenses as per standard operating procedure which later became part of the internal audit report- Prepared presentation on group companies standing position as at year end- To correspond with bank in order to prepare and reconcile bank statements- Correspond with bank for quarterly markup working - To maintain fixed asset registers as per applicable law and responsible for the maintaining for investment portfolio and preparation of investment analysis - Provide assistance and support in conducting audits of various group companies- to establish, monitor, maintain, and practice cash controls, cash reserves, investment, Annual Tax Audit of the company, transaction, income statement and balance sheet - To manage and hire junior / trainee officers, train them and assign duties as instructed by the head of department.- Preparing monthly account of group company - Maintain fund position
