I focus on stack cost analysis for alkaline electrolyzers. My tasks include researching manufacturers and gathering information about stack technology and components. This involves in-depth research on company websites, social media platforms, financial reports, and patents. I compile detailed reports and Bills of Materials (BOM) with potential suppliers to determine the stack cost. Additionally, I create 3D models and 2D drawings of the stack to support the analysis. This role has enhanced my research skills and provided valuable insights into the practical aspects of electrolyzer manufacturing.

At 3Dmegalab, we are dedicated to providing top-notch services and products to our clients. I lead the design process, turning product ideas into reality through sketching and creating 3D models with CAD software. Overseeing the prototyping process, I ensure each product is thoroughly tested and refined before mass production. I also manage simulation tests to predict product performance in various scenarios. Working closely with the manufacturing team, we optimize designs for production, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality. By staying updated on emerging technologies and market trends, we ensure our clients receive innovative and reliable solutions.

In the project with Valmet, I worked on designing an innovative mechanism for a 10-ton paper roller. My goal was to make it easy to remove the roller from the machine with minimal effort, ideally with one hand, and to reduce the time required. I conducted extensive research, filled out specified components, and ideated various solutions. I performed detailed calculations for the components and created a CAD model for the support structure using SolidWorks. I then used SolidWorks simulation to analyze the results, ensuring the design's efficiency and effectiveness. This project has enhanced my skills in ideation, product development, CAD modeling, and mechanical simulations.

In the ReLIGHT Finland Deep Dive Competition, I created a business model for a project focused on solving green hydrogen challenges. I explored various networking strategies and market approaches to prepare for selling our innovative technology, debating whether to offer just the cell technology or the complete PEM electrolyzer. To strengthen our business case, I researched the business models of major alkaline electrolyzer companies like John Cockerill, Nel, and Sunfire by analyzing their annual financial reports. This helped us identify the most effective strategies for our PGM free and highly efficient electrode technology. Working closely with ReLIGHT research group from the University of Helsinki, I refined and validated our technology using their expert insights. This project taught me valuable lessons in business strategy, market readiness, and the technical intricacies of green hydrogen solutions.

In the project "Profitability analysis of Green Hydrogen and its by products" with SWECO. My role involved analyzing the costs of producing green hydrogen using different sizes of alkaline electrolyzers. I also explored how hydrogen could be converted into various by-products. From this, I developed a calculator to help SWECO's future clients identify which by-product would be the most profitable to manufacture and sell. This project taught me a lot about the economic aspects of green hydrogen and the practical applications of electrolyzers in sustainable energy.
