I have an experience of less than 1 year. I'm doing job at Mecas Engineering Limited's sub unit Mecas Foundry. Mecas Foundry is a manufacturer for Automobile parts and casting since 2000. Two plants are installed in Mecas Foundry. Both are dismantled from Germany. One of them is Sand plant where sand is made for the moulds and the other one is High pressure moulding line which is installed in order to make moulds automatically. They can cast any grade in cast iron and ductile iron. They have TMC approved standard operations. They also have Spectrometer and labs for metal & raw material testing facilities. They make export casting parts for Germany, Hungary and other European countries.My duties and responsibilities are:▪ Supervise the plant operation and look after the plant technically.▪ Check performance of every part of sand plant i.e., Mixer, Impeller, Vibrators, Bucket elevators, Belts, Pneumatic valves, Sensors, Magnetic separator, Polygon sieve, Dust collector and Sand cooler.▪ Make production plan according to different tasks.▪ Control & assure sand quality of every batch.▪ Sand plant operation.▪ Perform weekly tests of sand.▪ Test the incoming raw materials of sand.▪ Supervise maintenance team in preventive maintenance of the plant.▪ Deployed root-cause analysis including remedial actions.▪ Managed various root cause failure analysis investigations in response to safety and equipment failures.▪ Demonstrated track record in training, mentoring and motivating teams to improve overall productivity and performance.▪ Documented work procedures and processes for staff resources.▪ Responsible for the quality of sand.▪ Responsible for production tasks given by production manager.▪ Responsible of every piece rejected due to sand.▪ Responsible to resolve quality and process issues.▪ Responsible for production failure.
