Developed multi-dimensional OLAP reporting to facilitate core business analytics. Led design, deployment and trained over 600 personnel pan-Pakistan. Led IT Business Solutions (in absentia) for a period of 1 year covering the design (from inception) and deployment of a country-wide ERP system “ADP Portal” using a modular approach integrating features for all departments replacing all legacy applications by unifying organizational master data. Designed comprehensive IT solutions working with systems, servers and network architects to plan scalable applications and implement robust solutions catering to enterprise-wide topologies. Coordinated with regional IT & Sales Development teams for implementation of upgraded Sales Force One software performing business analysis, requirements elicitation, project planning, execution, testing and roll-out.
