With over 6 years of experience as a Strategy Consultant and a Design Thinking Coach, I lead and empower change-makers to create transformative social impact. I am the founder of A Spark Consulting, a firm that specializes in strategic design, holistic systems thinking, and expert mentorship for public and social sector organizations.I also partner with Stoked, a global community of innovators and entrepreneurs, to coach and facilitate design thinking programs and workshops that foster creativity, collaboration, and customer-centricity. My passion and purpose are to enhance public systems, champion greater accessibility, and integrate insights from those with lived experiences in order to instigate meaningful system change. Some of my career highlights include: co-designing equity-centered design leadership training modules for healthcare organizations, serving as a strategy lead for child welfare system transformation, and coaching community leaders across 10 cities in developing projects towards ending homelessness.
