Responsibility.*Working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.*Planning and execution of planned maintenance (e.g Shutdown / majur shutdown)*Attending preventing and Breakdown maintenance of various equipment.*To make sure for 100% Spare availability.*Mechanical item spare planing it including INDENT and material requisition.*Hydraulic cylinder Repairing and pressure testing as well as soft copy and Hard copy report preparation.*Hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder changing in Furnace, Roughing mill,Descaler, Crop shear, Finishing Mill stand, Down Coiler, Coil conveyor.*Manpower planning, Job distribution, Tools and tackles arrange.*Work permit taken, Daily job plan and PPE's checksheet documents update.*Field memo Billing section done after shutdown job completion.*Tool Box Meeting conduction on a daily basis before starting the job and also share the Six direction hazards, SOP in details all the safety points discussed among the employees as well as any Near miss/ First aid case/ LTI/ Fatality also shared for awareness.
