Responsibilities:• Assist Artwork Manager with auditing and maintaining artwork and artwork related documents in SharePoint sites and file repositories• Maintain Artwork File Detail in Microsoft OneNote• Use various customer platforms to aid in the development of artwork files• Communicate with third party design teams to offer revision suggestions as required.• Design and revise artwork files as needed or work with Graphic Designer to execute if this is an external resource.• Adhere to all regulatory requirements as outlined in the Artwork Training Document• Ensure the customer's expectations and timelines are met and/or exceeded, and maintain constant communication with them if projects are delayed.• Develop processes and write SOP's for all artwork workflows• Follow Artwork approval process to confirm accuracy of finalized artwork files• Pull artwork files as needed when requests are made.• Perform other duties as assigned Show less
