Working in managerial positions for more than 5 years has enabled me to confidently manage different scientific and industrial projects. Moreover, due to long-term dealing with industrial projects, I fully understand the requirements of industrial markets and am able to accord scientific research with the expectation of an industrial sector. My Qualifications Summary: Expert in designing, metallurgy, and manufacturing new alloys, including High-Entropy Alloys (HEAs), using the ICME approach. Expert in computational thermodynamics (CALPHAD) to design new materials, develop thermodynamic databases, and improve manufacturing processes. Expert in ab initio calculations (atomistic simulations) to predict different properties of materials. Experienced in casting Aluminum Alloys and analysis of structure-properties relations. Experienced in working with SEM, EDS, XRD, OES, Raman Spectroscopy, and Mechanical Testing Machines. Expert in corrosion and protection of materials. Experienced in the automotive industry (Engine and Gearbox units). Over 5 years of experience in managerial roles.
