I have developed a Food Security Portal for ministry of Food and SDPI implemented by National Security Division, Pakistan. There I have developed and implemented MIS to manage and generate Real-time Reporting of available food/Crop stock within the whole country. The analysis I usually do included data regarding cultivated area, production, government procurement and supply to processing units, availability in market and the monitor prices fluctuation as well as price predictions, along-with the issues faced by communities at processing units. The data/Reports and analysis generated are to facilitate Federal Ministry of Food, Government of Provinces for their strategic planning to maintain and track food stock with in country.

As lead systems analyst i am responsible for process analysis and identifying system requirements. Also help identify and implement information system solutions that support efficient, effective work.Typically develop and manage plans for new information system applications. Additionally, they administer system applications and a point person on systems functionality. Other responsibilities include system development, providing troubleshooting, leading architecture design, and coding, develop data error handling procedures and solutions, as well as work with source/target system owners (including overseeing job performance and fixing any data issues that may arise). Also, support infrastructure assessments, as well as any and all security reviews and annual compliance reviews. Main Tasks: 1. Lead, mentor and develop a team on computer and information related projects.2. Work with clientele to make sure all needs are met by the new or improved implemented system.3. Work with other software or hardware developers.4. Analyze data for new possible systems to implement or old systems to improve.5. Capacity Building Training to staff and clients6. Provide support and the effective implementation of the EVA-BHN RME framework including data management and analysis for the EVA-BHN programme at the provincial level.Duties :o Implement the RME framework in collaboration and support of Director RME manager and technical teams.o Collate the routine programme data from the concerned technical team managers on the agreed templates that allows tracking progress against the agreed outcomes per programme information needs.o Analyse data and provide feedback to the technical teams per the agreed mechanism and time frame Maintain web-based Management Information System (MIS) and adapt it based on the evolving programme needs.o Support the export of data into the newly establish web-based MIS.o Provide technical support to all staff in uploading data into MIS and provide trouble shooting in managing the MIS.o Track the live data and produce the real time reports in automated manner from the MIS for both provinces.o Undertake field visits and implement periodic data audits on the agreed mechanisms and templates.o Provide on-the-job-mentoring and support on the data collection tools and system to the technical programme teams.o Support the implementation dissemination of quantitative/qualitative assessments, evaluations and special studies.o Build staff capacity on the data collection tools and data compilation or RME plan through thematic training and on-the-job-mentoring and support.

Work with Designers, Frontend and Project Management Staff to capture requirements for the functional elements of various projects. Also responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring that all work carried out complies with standards and guidelines.Duties :o Building Monitoring and Evaluations tools, MIS, and advance Database driven web applications using PHP based frameworks in addition to designing/ development of Databases and establishing of datacenters.o Making operational arrangement to collect, analyze and report on project data using business intelligence applications.o Testing and validating work produced as part of the development process.o Documenting features, technical specifications & infrastructure requirements for clients.o Working with a multi-disciplinary team to convert business needs into technical specifications.
