At Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), I conduct and support research projects that address human resource challenges and opportunities in various fields, such as talent management, organizational development, and performance improvement. As a research assistant, I have contributed to multiple publications, presentations, and reports that provide evidence-based and customized solutions to clients and stakeholders.I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from Bahria University and Beaconhouse respectively, where I developed my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as my passion for learning and innovation. My core competencies include data analysis, literature review, survey design, report writing, and project management. I am driven by the mission of HRSI to deliver high-quality and impactful research and consulting services in the HR and engineering fields, and I aspire to advance my career as a researcher and consultant.
