This position reports to CEO.•Heading two departments -Marine Recruitment (Merchant Navy) and Overseas Recruitment. Responsible for all day-to-day operational & financial activities of both departments.•Partner with the GCC blue chip client companies in all sectors especially the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors to achieve their recruitment targets by employing various sourcing strategies, planning and executing recruitment campaigns in Pakistan and abroad. •Leading sourcing and manpower planning functions to fill open positions with client companies with minimum lead time. •Closely liaise with HR departments of client companies on position requisitions, sourcing of competent profiles, recruitment campaigns and candidates onboarding arrangements•Responsible to fill open positions within the company.
