This position reports to CEO.•Heading two departments -Marine Recruitment (Merchant Navy) and Overseas Recruitment. Responsible for all day-to-day operational & financial activities of both departments.•Partner with the GCC blue chip client companies in all sectors especially the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors to achieve their recruitment targets by employing various sourcing strategies, planning and executing recruitment campaigns in Pakistan and abroad. •Leading sourcing and manpower planning functions to fill open positions with client companies with minimum lead time. •Closely liaise with HR departments of client companies on position requisitions, sourcing of competent profiles, recruitment campaigns and candidates onboarding arrangements•Responsible to fill open positions within the company. Involved in sourcing, including campus hiring' and interviewing of candidates. •Provide orientation and operations training to new joiners in the company. •Set yearly departmental and employee goals and objectives and update on DP World global intranet (Connexions) based Performance Management System (PMS). •Performance appraisals of direct reports -conduct interim reviews and year-end performance appraisals on DP World global intranet iTalent (EPMS), recommend salary increments, and recommend trainings and advice competencies designed by Hay Group to fill deficiencies.•Performing the responsibilities of Quality Management Representative (QMR), responsible for implementation of Organization’s Quality Management System under ISO 9001: 2008, and ILO-MLC-2006.Reporting month end departmental and financial activities to the finance department and CEO/MD..

•Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle. Head hunting and executive search.•Source, screen and short list candidates’ profiles from database, portals, social networking webs, referrals and by placing job ads. •Conduct and /or arrange test and interviews including face to face, telephonic, Skype and VCI. •Prepare, extend and negotiate employment offers with the candidates.• Conduct verification of documents and reference checks of selected candidates. •Liaise with medical center(s) for candidates’ pre- employment medical examination. •Manage day today operational activities like follow-up with candidates from offer till on boarding.•Plan, administer and execute small and large scale recruitment campaigns’ across Pakistan. •Coordinate and liaise with Finance, Administration and Travel departments to seamlessly organize and execute all recruitment campaigns.•Work closely with advertising agency JWT for job ad layout /artwork designs and placing job advertisements in newspapers.•Work in close coordination with departmental head, GM, and client companies’ HR & recruitment heads to make recruitment campaigns a success. •Maintain and update CVs database to cater to urgent manpower requirements. •Coordinate with government agencies for necessary approvals, insurance and candidates’ welfare fund contribution. •Manage routine correspondence within and outside the organization related with manpower. •Provide orientation and operations training to new joiners in the company.•Manage and motivate a team of recruitment executives to yield desired recruitment results.•Prepare and submit month end recruitment activities report to the GM.INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS:•Managed recruitment campaigns/workshops held in London (UK), Malaysia, Qatar, and UAE.•Coordinate with recruitment agencies /companies for candidates processing and sourcing in Houston (USA), London (UK), Dubai (UAE), Australia, Qatar, Canada, KSA and a number of others.
