• This period has been one of the most rewarding teaching experiences in Canada. The exceptional management provided teachers with full autonomy, allowing us to design our own course outlines, set our own assessment methods, and teach according to our preferred styles, all with the approval of the Academic Director. I received outstanding feedback from both students and management, reflecting the success and satisfaction of my teaching approach. Due to recent cap put by the government on international students' admissions, enrollments at KPU decreased so the contract couldn't be renewed.

• The company hired me as an independent contractor, contributing sweat equity, with a primary focus on developing an entrepreneurship curriculum designed for both online and in-person instruction, targeting both college and high school students. During this engagement, I enjoyed the autonomy to set my own hours, allowing for flexibility in meeting project milestones.

• Prior to joining this company, I was unfamiliar with WorkSafe BC regulations. However, with my manager’s confidence in my abilities, I embraced this challenging role and quickly advanced to the position of lead trainer. • Capacity building workshops. I was thrilled to take on a dynamic short-term role here. I designed a comprehensive curriculum focused on essential soft skills such as leadership, communication, team building, and navigating workplace politics. My responsibilities included crafting and delivering engaging training sessions tailored for corporate clients. The feedback I received was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting how my modules significantly boosted participants' productivity and effectiveness in the workplace.

• This short-term position was a memorable chapter in my career with a bitter experience. Initially unaware of the college's financial instability, when I joined this new job, that the group[managing colleges all over Canada] was near bankruptcy. With all the financial problems the college was facing, I endeavored to manage campus affairs effectively. The situation, however, continued to deteriorate, and in February, the Group who owns MTI College filed for bankruptcy. Subsequently, resulting in staff layoffs.

• Leveraging my extensive research background, I excelled in this new role and quickly established myself as the company’s most trusted and productive analyst. My precise research reports enabled my manager to focus on higher-priority tasks, while clients benefitted from successful loan approvals with leasing companies, banks, and other financial institutions based on my accurate valuations.
