Summary of Experience:- Over 14 Years(abroad)of experience in oil and gas,petrochemical onshore projects with leading EPC contractors and reputed client’s and having expertise in the following Instrumentation Construction/Commissioning/ Start-Up/Operation/ Maintenance jobs. ☆ Currently working in Algeria (Sonatrach operations division) through the Dodsal Engineering EPC as a Instrumentation Supervisor.  ☆  Supervises and directs the Construction and commissioning of instrumentation works. ☆  Executing Field instrumentation jobs as per instruction of higher authority and finishing the target as per company schedules by following the safety rules.☆ Loop check: Carried out loop check of field instruments connected to DCS,ESD,FGS and UCP.☆ Hands on experience Automation Control Operating systems DCS,ESD,PLC.☆ DCS - Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa- CentumVP Controller. ☆ ESD - Siemens PCS7,DeltaV Explorer, Yokogawa- Prosafe RS, Bentley Nevada 3500 series. ☆ Knowledge of turbo Compressor (SGT 400 & 600) and GE Compressor (2BCL406).☆ Review of Engineering and project documents like P&ID,Control narrative, wiring diagram, IO list, cause and effect, function description etc. ☆ Installation of Cable Trays, Cabling (Primary /Secondary), Termination Installation of JB, All types of instruments, Impulse Line, Loop checking. ☆ Involved in calibration activities of various types of instruments level, flow, temperature, pressure gauges, switches, controllers and control valves, transmitters ( ROTORK/KOSO(Paladon)MOV,Valve Italia, Rosemount, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, Endress + Hauser).☆ Executing Hot & cold permit work as per safety standards and maintain good housekeeping in the field.☆ Complies with safety conditions, practices on all equipment’s and observes the work permit regulations.☆ Monitoring day by day site activities, manpower and materials management. ☆ Maintain routine records of work completed and details of work carried ouet includes preparation of Test reports, Calibration reports, special equipment reports  and daily report of activities.☆ Preparing final close out report with electrical and mechanical completion package.
