Procured all type of Project materials (i.e. Pipes, Flanges, Fittings, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Fasteners etc.), Construction materials to support Project work, equipment rental or lease, Sub-Contracts and services of a specialized or complex nature in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. Review MR’s, approved vendor lists, budgets and work as per Procurement Plan. Review bids commercially for prices, breakups, options, delivery dates and prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE). Negotiate and execute contractual agreements. Identifies and selects vendor to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery date and places orders. Produce reports as required by management & other parties from time to time. Maintaining and updating all purchasing reports for forecasting and cost tracking.Resilience, drive & ability to work under pressure. Flexible and easy adaptability to circumstances and timings. Perform assigned tasks with greater responsibility. Skill to take a proper decision in the favor of our organization.
