Confronted with a daunting paradox—soaring unemployment rates in regions brimming with job opportunities—I uncovered the root of the problem: unemployability.Despite the abundance of eager young minds, employers consistently questioned the practical relevance of their skills, as outdated teaching methods left graduates ill-prepared for the demands of the modern workforce.Realizing that deploying thousands of instructors to these communities was impractical, I took an innovative approach. I forged a powerful partnership with a leading E-Learning content provider and negotiated steep discounts on over 3,000 top-tier courses in Business, IT, and essential certifications. These courses were then sponsored by corporations as part of a groundbreaking corporate social responsibility initiative, leveraging cutting-edge technology to distribute them via scratch cards and digital media.Through this initiative, these courses were delivered FREE of cost to underprivileged students across developing countries, all under the umbrella of my zero-overhead charity, www.icwfd.org.The impact? More than three million individuals in developing nations have been equipped with the 21st-century skills needed to thrive in the global economy. This initiative didn't just bridge the digital divide—it transformed lives. I am immensely proud of the role I played in shaping a brighter future for so many.

Paybox delivered solutions to financial institutions, mobile and fixed line operators, distributors and customer brands, MVNOs and ISPs. Paybox enterprise solutions were deployed in more than fifteen markets across Europe, South and North America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Paybox Solutions AG (Germany) was acquired by Sybase in 2009.
