Moreover, I ensure that all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. I also undertake the implementation and upgrades of coordination software and install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. I determine the IT budget and equipment needs of the organization and assist in the growth of businesses by identifying and reaching potential customers through inbound and outbound telemarketing and data entry. Lastly, I specialize in resolving different types of issues in popular marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
