Responsible for ensuring all new clients to the are well supported and properly on boarded when they implement or commence utilization of their committed products.Support the business, and in particular the Relationship Managers in providing a high level of client satisfaction and engagement. Ensure that there is an effective provision of relationship management services to all new and existing clients.Ensures the client has clarity in what is offered, that they are trained in how to utilize & maximize our services and is developing as effective, beneficial business partnership.

HROS

Work responsibilities include answering escalated calls, managing 15-20 people; provide resolutions and ways to help customers having issues with their mortgage loans. Reviewing credit history and relaying accurate information. Also includes reporting to credit bureau agencies. Making Sure homeowners are fully informed in detail about their mortgage. Working with other departments for processing requests from customers that may be needed immediate action. Working on their best interests, and guiding them through the whole process making payments, credit retractions, disputes, and helping on how to deal with hardship and any other requests.

Work includes preventive maintenance, set-ups, troubleshooting and repair of computers, printers and scanners and peripherals which are being used in cyber café working in a LAN environment. Also worked any other duties assigned as a base contractor including hospitality duties during American Holidays.

Work includes direct line support, preventive maintenance, set-up, troubleshooting and repairs of personal computers and servo track writer machines which is used to test hard drives for personal computers and servers working in a LAN environment.
