Hiroshi is a native level English and Japanese bilingual professional with bi-cultural business experiences with companies building presence in the Japanese online community market. Hiroshi is currently founder and CEO of Beatrobo, an online social music sharing service incorporated in 2012, where music playlists are turned into robot avatars.Prior to Beatrobo, Hiroshi has been running Meltingdots, a company in Japan dedicated to helping businesses understand and harness the power of virtual worlds and online communities. Hiroshi also founded and became the managing partner of Japan Virtual World LLP, an LLP made between Meltingdots and Kadokawa group to build and promote the virtual world culture and business in Japan's online environments.Hiroshi is also the co-founder of DON, the company running the first maid hair salon in Akihabara, an area famous for anime and manga culture. In that role Hiroshi was responsible for business management, website development and public relations and helped to promote the hair salon to people throughout Japan.
