As a Senior User Experience Designer at King Saud Medical City, I apply my user experience design skills to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for the hospital's digital platforms. I collaborate with the IT team, the medical staff, and the patients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences and to conduct usability testing and user research. I also contribute to the branding and identity of the hospital, ensuring consistency and alignment with its vision and values. I have over seven years of experience in UX design, working with various clients and organizations across different sectors and regions. Before joining King Saud Medical City, I was a Senior UX Designer at SGT Egypt, a leading software development company, where I designed and delivered innovative solutions for web and mobile applications. I also have a year of experience as a Branding/UI Designer at Smart Zone, a creative agency, where I created logos, illustrations, and web pages for various projects. I have a Bachelor's degree in business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce English section, which gives me a solid foundation in understanding people and organizations. I also have three certifications from the Interaction Design Foundation and the Georgia Institute of Technology, which demonstrate my commitment to learning and improving my UX design skills.I am passionate about UX design and strive to create positive and meaningful user experiences. I am always eager to learn new tools, techniques, and trends and share my knowledge and insights.
