• Leading the design and engineering of new products from concept to full implementation and mass production• Leading a new project to adapt online manufacturing and packaging to production efficiency. • Selecting the right technology and automation to optimize cycle time and e-commerce requirements while referring to the product dimensions, weight, packaging, quality, and budget• Working closely and integrating cross-functional teams of R&D, marketing, production, operation, engineers, and QA to meet lead time and Budget• Conducting benchmarks and markets research, alongside participating in conventions and exhibitions to ensure the best-suited product to the target markets• Customer requirements translation into new product design and possible planning while complying with standards, regulations, budget, and production capabilities • Managing suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad, including locating, negotiations, and performance control• Presenting new designs and beta versions to potential customers including assembling and demoing new features• Support and improvements to existing products - technical diagnostic, solutions proposing, cost reduction and implementation
