- Leading the transformation of existing laws and regulations regarding Israel’s employment policy such as economic-employment objective of the Recruitment Law, increasing the participation rate of target populations in the labor market (with an emphasis on integrating ultra-orthodox men), and the 2030 employment plan. - Leading the design of the legal and economic framework for 5G mobile frequency and network deployment tender, planning and implementing the fiber plan for the telecommunications market, and planning and executing government programs regarding Quantum and AI fields.- Planning and approving Israel’s state budget in the government and the Knesset.- Leading strategic reforms such as opening the Israeli economy to import and competition, improving government regulation, enabling the establishment of infrastructure in the communications market, and vocational training reform.- Devising, advancing and implementing the government’s policy during the Covid-19 pandemic, with an emphasis on restrictions on economic activity, government support to the business sector, and employment policy throughout and following the crisis. - Directly managing three teams totaling 11 employees and a budget of over NIS 20 billion; in charge of: Employment; Industry, Commerce, Tourism, Business Sector and Covid-19; and Communications, R&D and Higher Education.- Participating in negotiations and collaborations between the state administration, the government, and non-government bodies such as private sector members, third sector associations, academia, and media.- Sitting on the Board of the Israel’s Innovation Authority and several other government and public committees

- Leading a variety of processes and influencing the professional agenda of the Ministry of Finance in relation to pass and reform significant regulatory processes.- Allocating budgets in the field of transportation; Member of the Tender Committee for the Establishment of the J-NET in Jerusalem (Light Rail Project).- Promoting key projects such as the establishment of public transportation infrastructure, Competition Program 2030, Subsidy agreement with Egged, Use of technology to improve the service in public transportation (such as BABEL); and congestion charges

- Leading the 2017-18 Arrangement Law in the field of Communications which included legislation amendments that facilitated the deployment of communications infrastructure and increased the competition in the broadcasting market. - Establishment of the public broadcasting corporation "Kan".- Forming and promoting the MOF’s agenda in relation to processes and regulations related to Bezeq and the structure of the communication market.
