I help founders build and scale their products by adopting a product-led growth model 📈I've spent over a decade building high-performing product growth teams, unlocking scale across user onboarding, habit formation & retention, subscriptions, and referrals.Currently I’m interim Head of Growth at Masterworks ($1B AUM). I oversaw product and growth for the Wealthsimple app through hyper-scale (5x user growth to 2m MAUs; $610m raised; 10 → 40% referred clients). Previously I've spent ~3 years at Via during rideshare craze, launching the first rideshare subscription in US (up to ~1/4 of total revenue) and running 1000+ experiments across the funnel, followed by ~2 years at Amazon where I ran large-scale growth experiments for Audible.Brilliant ideas, easily tested. From behavioral economics to design theory, I'm fascinated by the breadth of sources great growth ideas could surface from. There isn't much I love to do more than building and institutionalizing product growth programs that make turning ideas into impact painless.
