My responsibilities include:• Assisted Front End Engineering Design (FEED), construction and erection commissioning of 45,000 BPSD Bitumen production plant. • Lead the complete loop of Plant Operation through production planning, raw material procurement, load adjustment and product distribution through vessels and tankers. • Maintain the supply chain and logistic integrity of a multi-product storage and bulk loading terminals for dispatching bitumen, furnace oil, diesel, kerosene, naphtha and LPG. • Develop business strategy in collaboration with Engineering and Plant operation teams. Determine key factors for bitumen and associated products for operational optimization and budget plans. • Supervise tank operating schedule, crude movement and intermediate blending to meet the customer provided specification. • Function as management representative to get multiple technical NOCs from different regulatory body of the Government.• Support ISO 9001:2015 by providing Process Flow Chart (PFC), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Quality Manuals. • Closely collaborate with R&D team for product development based on customer feedback. Deliver a sustained and professional service to all stakeholders through technical and managerial supports.• Analyze performance trend of various equipment and process schemes.
