• The position was involved with the organization's initial hardware & software setup/IT policy write-up/Windows AD Group Policy/vendor search• Directly reported to CFO to keep well-informed of activities, which included recommendation of corrective actions.• Manage user rights and access to various systems.• The position is responsible for managing and ensuring precise and prompt technology support to on-site and off-site ST Residential employees and partners. • Position is also responsible for solving complex and everyday IT service which entails to PC, server, and network hardware and software issues. • Must interact and consult with clients for satisfaction and to provide guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client inquiries. The position also assists in the implementation of desktop hardware and software. • Perform LAN system administration in the management of data security and network maintenance in accordance to company’s Personal Identifiable Information (PII) & Privacy policy.• The position is point-of-contact for property asset acquisition (DNS/email/web hosting). • Monitors the activities of 3rd party Help Desk, who provide problem solving support.
