Experienced business leader in the fields of foodtech, investing, media, content development, and marketing. Currently I serve as a co-founder & CEO of The Food Loft, a Boston-based coworking and innovation space for food and tech entrepreneurs. Since 2009, I have been deeply involved in food innovation. I’ve worked with a diverse set of companies across CPG, delivery, logistics, media, e-commerce, health and wellness, restaurant-tech as well as enterprise and B2B solutions.I’ve mentored and advised these companies in a variety of areas, including user acquisition and engagement, marketing support, corporate governance, identifying investors, pitching and raising capital, identifying strategic growth opportunities, developing reliable economic models and metrics and understanding and refining financial reporting and projections. I’ve participated actively in dozens of conferences and organizations as a speaker and thought-leader, including at Startup Week NYC, Launch Festival, SXSW, General Assembly, Xconomy’s Innovation Summit, and O’Reilly Media’s Tools of Change.I also serve as the Chairman of the Board of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
