Deputy Director of Naval Air Facility Washington, a major Joint Installation responsible for 12 commands and 5,000 Sailors and Marines. Directly oversee facility management, information technology, and airfield operations encompassing 14 buildings and 3 operational aircraft hangars with a total replacement cost of $106 million dollars. Responsible for overseeing two flight departments charged with the executive transport of Department of Navy Senior Executives on four Gulf Stream Jets. Current G550 pilot.

Director for a Navy Reserve Center responsible for the training and administration of the Navy Reserve. Led a staff of 17 active-duty Sailors in overseeing the war-fighting readiness of 135 Navy Reservists during the pandemic. Responsible for the mobilization and demobilization of Sailors supporting the global pandemic response with medical support, shipbuilding augmentation, and security for forward based Navy activity. Successfully disestablished the center and divested all property.

Produced strategic documents used by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Joint Staff, and Military Department and Combatant Command war planners for derivative products and to formulate accurate plans for operations.

C-130 Aircraft Commander, Instructor Pilot, International Training Captain, Post Maintenance Check Pilot, Director of Maintenance, Detachment Officer in Charge. Managed the Standardization for 70 Naval Aviators and Aircrewmen and Maintenance of 5 aircraft and over 230 personnel. Safely led multiple foreign detachments of 20+ personnel coordinating planning and operations.

P-3 Instructor and Standardization Pilot, C-130 Aircraft Commander, PMCP, Director of Operations, Category A Test Pilot. Responsible for the Operations and Standardization of 50 Naval Aviators and Aircrewmen across three Type Model Series Aircraft supporting Air and Weapons Test and Evaluation. Supported scores of test events support organizations such as: NASA, SpaceX, MDA, DARPA, and other DoD Programs of Record.

P-3 Aircraft Commander, Instructor Pilot, Post Maintenance Check Pilot, Tactics Officer. Pilot Training Officer responsible for the proficiency and training of 130 Naval Aviator’s and Aircrewman across 12 Combat Aircrews. Deployed combat ready aircraft and crews globally in support of the Global War on Terror, Operations Enduring Freedom, Operation Caper Focus, and Operation Caribbean Shield.
