Job Scope :-Based on the project report and feasibility study obtained Environment Clearance from Central, Chlorine handling from state government and all other relevant permits from concerned authorities. -Finalizing the qualification requirements for line, Staff and Managers followed by facilitating interviews of prospective candidates with HRD. -Involvement in designing the manufacturing process and the building to ensure compliance with International Safety Regulations (Boiler House, Main Plant, MEE, Chlorine Storage, Finished Good Storage, etc.) -Floating the tenders for construction work, followed by technical discussions with the firms based on the quotes received. -Negotiations with the Machinery Suppliers including those from Indian and Overseas. -Technical inspection and acceptance of equipment at source prior shipment. -Active participation in logistics and control on the imports of all Machinery and Equipment ensuring strict adherence to project timelines. -On site monitoring of construction and installation. Achievements: Our Team and me at Trion have worked together to achieve the target of getting the manufacturing plant into production by the end of December, 2016.
