My main responsibility as the Operations Manager is to ensure that all required inventory is available for the expense of all members at RMIT FC. It involves directly talking with executives from brands such as Nike in order to expand the profile of our club as well as benefit the brand image of Nike. Keeping constant communication between our members and any outside parties (Nike, Other stores) is a big challenge but can be overcome with perseverance, integrity and a good attitude.

- Focus on maintaining high KPIs in a competitve manner and ability to evaluate where performance can be improved- Strong ability to upsell products by posessing strong knowledge of products- Ability to give customers assurance and trust in products, presenting the company positively- Ability to handle multiple large scale transactions under extreme pressure.

- Handling any situations that may occur during after normal office hours- Responsible for ensuring that the premises is safe and secure- Promoting Community Spirit Programmes for all residents - Managing a various range of high pressure situations that may occur, i.e. fire evacuations

- Ability to assess KPIs and evaluate how to effectively sell products to consumers- Strong level of product knowledge and marketing skills- Ability to convince customers of product value whilst representing company values- Able to keep self-motivated and help team morale in general

When working with children, my responsibilities include:- Enhancing their skills and abilities.- Aiding them with their assigned work. - Assisting them in getting an answer rather than telling them what to do.- Managing and controlling the environment.Challenges: - Maintaining a strong work environment.- Develop a good and friendly relationship with students but still have authority in the classroom- Be able to adapt to and control various situations that can occur.
