Responsible for identifying candidates for our WNE positions (non-exempt) and hourly recruiting process.Maintain data integrity working with EDS/Payroll.Assist in Universal Drug Testing, Common Reviews and Annual Wage Survey Data Collection.Responsible for conducting new Hire Orientations.Establish and maintain recruitment relationships.Coordinate offer letters, background checks drug/physicals.Maintain Applicant Flow Data.Generation and submission of requisitions for open positions.Provide advice and counsel to supervisors on employee relation's issues, performance management and policy interpretation.Assist with diversity initiatives.Assist with corporate projects such as Code of Conduct, open enrollment, and Affirmative Action.Initiate Associate Relations programs.

Serve as an employee advocate in the resolution of workplace issues and /or conflicts. Enforce open communication of issues, and initiatives.Oversee the staffing of exempt, non exempt and hourly positions.Counsel managers and supervisors regarding employee relations and resolving problem situationsAdvise management personnel on the fair and consistent handling of matters requiring discipline, ensuring associates are not terminated without the involvement of appropriate operational and HR representative.Oversee company payroll administrator ensuring pay administration policies are applied fairly and consistently.Assist in the recruitment, selection and hiring process to find and attract highly qualified and motivated candidates. Perform New Hire orientation.Administer and review all performance appraisals and provide feedback to supervisors and managers.Track temporary associates' payroll and issue reviews at regular intervals.Enforce consistent and fair administration of Staples Policies and Procedures throughout the organization while also ensuring that Local, State and Federal laws and regulations are adhered to.Enforce and implement safety programs.Initiate Associate Relations programs. Maintain databases to facilitate hiring, training and review process.Enter all new hires into PeopleSoft and KronosMaintain employee files. Process various required reports generated from the PeopleSoft system.Represent organization in all workers compensation hearings as requested.Maintain OSHA 300 log.Facilitate the workman's compensation claims management processChaired safety committee and developed the monthly agenda and goals.Assist all associates in selection of benefits and enrollment. Perform training in company Benefits program (401K, ESPP, Medical, Dental, ESP, and all other Benefits)
