Twenty years of experience in internal and external communication, at strategic and operational level in Swedish and international companies. Experience of supporting group management members, being part of a management team and change management. My five years at The Boston Consulting Group gave me a good foundation to stand on early on.I have the knowledge required to translate business strategies into communication plans. I am motivated by coming up with proposals on how to break down business goals on a communicative level. In addition to supporting leaders with messages, I help my colleagues communicate in a way that reflects the brand. I work with tonality, channel selection and meetings - physical as well as digital.If I were to be labelled with titles or experiences, it would say such things as Communication Lead Communication Manager, Communication strategist. But, when you get right down to it, I am much more – I am a listener, coach, business developer, self-starter, team believer, high performer, relationship builder, know how to handle crisis and a doer!
