* Ansvarig scrum master för 2 utvecklingsteam på ATG inom Business Solution IT. Main responsibilities and tasks: * Partly responsible for choosing a new digital platform for Nature & Culture's digital teaching materials.* Participated in the negotiation and establishment of partnership agreements with the chosen platform provider, Cloubi.* Review competence needs and recruit consultants to a new development team for development and adaptation of the platform as well as product development (teaching materials).* Implement a development process and lead the development team (3-4 developers, 1 UX).* Create a good relationship and collaborate with Cloubi on a common direction of development of the platform, prioritization of Nature & Culture's requirements for new features in the platform.* Project manager and accountable for the first product built and launched on the platform, an exercise tool for SFI students.

Schibsted Publishing is a business area within Schibsted Media Group. With Aftonbladet as the largest brand, Schibsted Publishing also includes the news products Omni, Politism and Lajkat and the new media products TV.nu, Viktklubb, Klart.se, Allt om Stockholm, Minimedia and The You Way.As an agile coach at Schibsted Publishing I assisted teams, product managers and stakeholders within the business area with the common goal to deliver outstanding user experience and software as fast as possible, while having fun. It included a wide range of issues and tasks as training and coaching stakeholders and teams, planning and facilitating workshops, driving the continuous improvement process, reviewing workflows and evaluating the process through interviews and questionnaires.One of the major challenges was having many products to develop and maintain over several teams in a fast moving environment, whilst managing priorities and maintaining overall focus and goals.

Development and maintanance of aftonbladet.se is handled by several cross-functional development teams. I ran projects and development within these teams in close collaboration with the editorial and business development. As a project manager I was also responsible for the agile process, prioritized the daily work and coordinated development between different teams. I worked closely with product owners as a sounding board, captured business needs and acted specifier against external suppliers. I also acted service manager for several different products during the years, including Aftonbladet CMS, Escenic, and Aftonbladet Blog. I was part of the IT strategy group where we in addition to setting the strategic agenda, dealt with continuous improvement of our development process and agile methods. During the last year I was head of 7-8 developers and managed the recruitment of consultants within my area of responsibility. Selection of projects:- Escenic upgrades (2011 and 2014): CMS upgrades of aftonbladet.se.- Wellness and Sofi's Mode (2013): Site redesign of the features sites at aftonbladet.se.- Chat and live reporting tool (2010): Integration of CoveritLive on aftonbladet.se. Included feasibility study - evaluating and choosing tool, template design and training of editors. - Xcap upgrade (2010): Upgrade of the blog and article commenting system on aftonbladet.se. - Aftonbladet Blog (2009): Development of a new blog platform at aftonbladet.se, built on Xcap. Included migration of content from the previous platform.

I was part of a team working with development and optimization of a weightloss club online, Aftonbladet Viktklubb. We also managed the registration andpayment flow on aftonbladet.se. Mostly backend development. (Java, JSP,Tomcat, Linux, PHP, Apache, MySQL, Oracle, Polopoly).

As a consultant I was involved in a variety of projects building web services inthe banking and financial, retail and automotive industries on both Java andMicrosoft platforms. (IBM WebSphere, Weblogic, servlets, applets, Java, JSP,Jrun, JBuilder, Oracle, SQL-server, IIS, SQL, ASP, VB-script, VML, XSL, XML).

I was part of a team focused on transforming systems in mainframeenvironment to web applications, such as SPAR (a register including allpersons who are registered as resident in Sweden) and the Swedish Churchregister. (UNIX, Informix server, SQL, Javascript, C, CGI programming,Informix Web Connect).
