A 514,000 square foot industrial park consisting of mostly shallow bay flex space. Hired by Adler Realty of Miami to bring the occupancy and rent levels more in line with the market. Was consistently successful at raising the over-all occupancy and average lease rate throughout the park. Property was sold to another firm at an above market rate, and they planned to sell off the units as individual condominiums.

In charge of all marketing efforts, as well as all leasing and sales activities on the property which was run by National Constructors called Watkins Center, a 514,000 SF flex space business park, with mostly shallow bay boxes.
