Working within the Database services team to map/code products using data provided by suppliers around the world using custom in house technology. Key responsibilities:• Responsible for pro-actively managing data suppliers globally to provide accurate and timely deliveries in line with service level agreements• Align local country products using experience and knowledge of product classification & category segmentation• Conduct validation and data quality checks on local and integrated data and write trend commentary various categories globally• Ensure the defined quality control procedures are adhered to within agreed deadlines• Maintain version control documentation as well as accurate issue/error logs to reflect client requirements• Work in partnership with other internal departments to identify and implement process efficiencies

Working to strict four week cycles, generated purchase data was used to construct online and offline deliverables for the client base using analytical tools in Excel, as well as other in-house softwares. Key aspects of my role were to manage a team of eight and accurate delivery of the reports on each occasion. I also had an opportunity to be involved in and head several other projects with an aim to increase company morale, efficiency and promote knowledge sharing.Working first across multiple clients then primarily on the Unilever account, I was responsible for communicating and reporting directly to Unilever with regular updates, which included weekly visits to the client site.
