Led strategy and innovation for the Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) and oversaw OEWD's workforce policy development and legislative efforts, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act compliance, data and performance management, and special projects. Led stakeholder engagement for OEWD and represented the office at high priority stakeholder convenings which included public and private sector partners. Main staff liaison for San Francisco's Local Workforce Board in charge of workforce policy priorities.

Part of the Hunters Point Shipyard project management team, responsible for the redevelopment of the 700 acres former naval shipyard into a mixed-use community with a strong artist presence. Achievements: Oversaw the implementation of a $100M Community Benefits Agreement ◆ Administered grants from the U.S. Economic Development Administration and the California Pollution Control Financing Authority; provided ongoing grants management including fiscal transactions, scope adjustment and grant closings for over $15M of grant funds ◆ Facilitated the community and start-up process and served as primary liaison to the board of the Legacy Foundation for Bayview Hunters Point (organization tasked with investing community benefit funds in Bayview Hunters Point) ◆ Managed the community process in preparation for relocating nearly 150 artists and a commercial kitchen from existing studios into new facilities ◆ Worked with the Shipyard Trust for the Arts board to develop policy recommendations for the management of the future Shipyard Arts Complex ◆ Designed and managed OCII’s community focused, federally funded public art project ◆ Planned and implemented an innovative youth program in connection with the Shipyard public art program (http://tinyurl.com/HPSPA-youth-program) ◆ Contributed to the design/entitlement process for the Shipyard’s first development phase (1,600 units) ◆ Managed the design review of residential market rate and affordable housing projects, a commercial artist studio building, a commercial kitchen, and 26 acres of parks and open space ◆ Contributed to negotiations of development agreements and land conveyance for the Shipyard’s first 60 unit affordable housing project ◆ Regularly represented OCII at meetings of the Shipyard Citizens Advisory Committee, the OCII Commission, the OCII Oversight Board and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors

Supported RGC's clients with project management expertise and coaching and taught project management at a number of public and private universities in Austria. Led workshops on key project management topics, such as: Methods of Project Management, Leadership in Projects, and Project Marketing for corporate clients, including Telekom Austria, Siemens, Oracle, Austrian Airlines, etc. ◆ Coached clients on the preparation of efficient project management documentation (project proposals, project manuals, project progress reports) ◆ Lectured project management at several public and private universities in Austria, including Vienna University of Business and Economics, FH Campus Wien, FH Krems, etc. ◆ Managed the 2002 annual Project Management Conference in Austria with over 300 international participants and subsequently coached the 2003 Conference Project Manager ◆ Provided project management support to a multi-million dollar project on the effective use of antibiotics for the Austrian Health Agency
